Chief Technology Counsel
Celeste T. Callahan serves as Chief Technology Counsel in the Office of the General Counsel for FCA US LLC. She joined the former Chrysler Corporation in 1997. FCA US is a North American automaker with a new name and a long history, headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan. FCA US is a member of the Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N. V. family of companies. FCA US designs, engineers, manufactures and sells vehicles under the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, RAM and Fiat brands, as well as the SRT performance vehicle designation. FCA US is building upon the foundations of Chrysler, the innovative American automaker first established by Walter P. Chrysler in 1925. And Fiat, founded in Italy in 1899 by pioneering entrepreneurs, including Giovanni Agnelli. Ms. Callahan advises on legal matters regarding connected vehicles and is responsible for commercial transactions involving production purchasing electrical components and systems, information technology embedded in or connected to the vehicle, data monetization and business development. Previously, Ms. Callahan was FCA US’s lead lawyer for the Information Communications Technology Group responsible for all nonproduction licensing, professional service, software-as-a-service, cloud and outsourcing transactions. Ms. Callahan received her law degree from the University of Southern California School of Law in 1987, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana in 1984, Phi Beta Kappa.
